UK bilateral trade with Turkey reached £9.1 billion in 2011, with UK goods exports of £3.7 billion. Over 2200 UK companies currently do business in Turkey. The UK is Turkey’s fifth largest source of imports from the EU, with a value of US$4.7 bn.
