Trade Mission to Turkey 9-14 May

UK bilateral trade with Turkey reached £9.1 billion in 2011, with UK goods exports of £3.7 billion. Over 2200 UK companies currently do business in Turkey. The UK is Turkey’s fifth largest source of imports from the EU, with a value of US$4.7 bn.

In 2010 Britain and Turkey agreed to a target of doubling bilateral trade by 2015. Momentum has developed since then, with trade increasing by over 40% against the target. 

The Forum with financial support of Business Sheffield is taking a multi-sector trade mission to Turkey.
