Hosted by the Master Cutler, at the Cutlers' Hall, the Sheffield City Regional Manufacturing Forum and the International Trade Forum are jointly presenting the forthcoming export event focused on Ontario's opportunities for UK companies.

Canada's economic prosperity depends on international trade, innovation and investment. Ontario has many different industries and offers opportunities for UK companies in a number of sectors. Ontario has become a province of opportunity. Its population of 12 million includes people from 200 countries who speak as many as 130 languages

Ontario is responsible for 40% of Canada's total economic output.

Ontario's gross domestic product is bigger than Switzerland's or Sweden's.

It remains one of the fastest growing regions in the advanced industrial world.
